Q: How do I fix red-eye?
A: To fix red-eye, click the green View & enhance button and navigate to the picture in question. (You can also navigate to the picture when you are in other parts of your account, such as 'Share online' and 'Order prints'.) Then click the green 'Fix' tab on the right.
On the Fix red-eye page, click the eye(s) in the picture you want to fix. In the Preview, click on the eye again. Click this until you are satisfied with the correction. When you are satisfied, click the 'Save Fix' button.

Q: Does the red-eye fix get removed when I remove all enhancements?
A: No. Once you have fixed red-eye, you need to remove it separately by clicking on Remove Red Eye fixes.

Q: Sometimes the tool only removes part of the red-eye. How can I remove all of it?
A: Keep clicking on the eye in Preview until you are satisfied.

Q: Can I combine fixing red-eye with other enhance functions?
A: Yes. You can combine the red-eye fix with any of our other effects, borders or cropping.

Q: Can I use the red-eye fix to remove white flash reflection?
A: No. Our red-eye fix tool only works with the color red.

Q: Are the changes permanent?
A: No. You can revert back to the original picture at any time by clicking on 'Remove Red Eye fixes' on the left side of the page.
