For your increased satisfaction, please make sure to use high-resolution pictures and preview any text you add to products, paying special attention to potential spelling or punctuation errors.

Please note that Archive DVDs are not returnable for refund or credit, and will only be replaced if defective.

To have your order reprinted

Call us at the number above. Mention that you would like a reprint and please provide as much information as possible, including what parts of your order are affected. We may ask you to return the affected merchandise, in order to reprint the order. Visit our Help section for more information about reorders.

To have your order refunded

Use our return form and send it, along with the merchandise you are returning, to the address on the return form. We will process your refund when we receive the products. Original shipping costs will be refunded if your entire order is returned.
