Q: I got an error message saying my address already exists in the Shutterfly system. What do I do now?
A: This error message means that a free Shutterfly account has already been created with your email address. (This can happen for many reasons - sometimes someone forgets which email address they signed up with; sometimes another customer with a similar email address has mistyped their own address!) If you get this message, then you can continue to sign up, but you must use a different email address. Or you can go to the sign-in page and use the 'forgot password' feature to re-gain access to your account.
