Research Analyst

Market Research Analyst

Ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills who loves working with data and is passionate about developing research-driven insights. Must pay great attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and priorities, take initiative, and work well both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities include

• Provide support for all aspects of survey development, fielding, and data analysis
• Manage research projects with external vendors on primary research studies (includes managing vendors, survey testing, monitoring field progress, performing ad hoc statistical analyses)
• Analysis of primary research and syndicated data
• Assist with preparation of analytic reports
• Maintenance of the internal Market Research resources library

Education and Experience Requirements

• BA or BS in a research or quantitative field, with up to 3 years relevant experience
• Strong analytic skills and instincts, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic, demanding environment
• Experience with SPSS a plus
• Experience as a Market Research Supplier a plus
