Eric Kok, Vice President of Manufacturing

Eric Kok is Vice President, Manufacturing, responsible for Shutterfly’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Charlotte, NC and Phoenix, AZ, including all levels of quality, utilization, efficiencies and safety. Eric brings 15 years of operations experience in improving efficiencies, updating technologies, reducing operating expenses and building high-performance teams. Eric joined Shutterfly in 2007 and most recently served as Sr. Director of Operations.

Prior to joining Shutterfly, Eric was Regional Manager with RR Donnelley (NYSE: RRD), a leading provider of printing and digital imaging solutions to publishers and direct marketers. As Regional Manager, he was responsible for leading more than 600 employees, strategic planning and P&L management for seven east coast facilities.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from University of Wisconsin.

In his free time, Eric enjoys spending it with his wife and daughter, and of course, taking lots of pictures.
